  • options for large suites

    Hi,

I could use some advice. I have a group of 8 guys heading to Vegas the weekend of May 28th. We aren't going to be doing a ton of sleeping so we thought we would save a little cash by getting a large suite to crash in. Do any of the Teir 2 hotels have large suites? Any recommendations would be appreciated!

    Thanks!

I would get four two bed rooms (standard rooms with no resort fee)

"Large suites" are still generally low occupancy (2-4 person) rooms. If you want to save cash - and people don't mind sharing beds - you can get 2x double queen rooms at the MGM.

If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

Me and my group go to vegas every summer with 7-8 guys. Stayed in the 2 bedroom panorama suite with 4 queens @ PH. Also stayed at 2 bedroom tower suite 2 kings plus a rollaway. Couple guys had to crash on the couches but no complaints. Didn't have problems getting extra keys either.

I've slept 14 (9 guys 5 girls) and 12 (10 guys 2 girls) in the Executive Hospitality Suite at the Aria on two separate occasions.

Big rectangle with plenty of space. Most the guys didn't care where they slept and it was couches/chairs/ground/conference room table etc.

I've slept 8 guys and 6 girls in the Luxor Premier Tower Suite which had a similar setup (this room was actually SUPER cool and if anyone saw it would not think Luxor at all)

I recently slept 6 guys and 2 girls in the Skyline Terrace Suite at MGM

            ---------

Aria suite was $900 for 2 days and $700 for 2 days each trip
Skyline was $1600 for 2 days

You can do it easily. Someone pays the most and gets bed (or guy that will pull).
Everyone else crashes wherever. I even had people sleeping on the giant patio lol.

might also want to check out the 2 bedroom Tower Suites @ Mirage if your club itinerary includes XS/Surrender/Tryst/Tao/1oak

If you want cheap, get a two bedroom premier tower suite at luxor, you have to call in as they don't do it online. They have them in the pyramid too, but they are smaller. The second bedroom add-on is very cheap. delano two bed suites are pretty cheap too if you go through mlife. We ended up just getting 2 connecting bella suites at the palazzo and hope to upgrade at the hotel. Vdara has some decent rates through mlife too. One bed corner suite plus attached room not guaranteed was fairly cheap too, just couldn't guarantee they were attached. I've seen some decent rates on their 2 bedroom hospitality suites through mlife as well.
