I'll have a full LDW trip report up soon.
Cab driver dropped us off at the north entrance - where there was no line at all, as compared to the main entrance, where there was a long line to check in. Luxor only requires ID, so I slipped a $20 behind it when I handed it to the guy and asked if there were any complimentary upgrades in the Pyramid available. I booked a Pyramid Deluxe Queen room, which was 440 sq ft. He said he'd check, and upgraded it to the Pyramid Deluxe Queen Suite, which was 770 sq ft, with a couch, extra room, extra TV and spa-style tub. You should've seen the smile on my face after it worked.
