Sandwich trick @ Monte Carlo?

My friend and I will be there May 28-May 31, and we were thinking about trying the whole 20$ trick. Has anyone had any luck at the Monte Carlo? I'm wondering if they would waive the resort fee, or give us an upgrade, or just not even do anything! Lemme know if anyone has any experience with this hotel!

Lol I tried the sandwich last year at the Monte Carlo, dude was clueless, he had no idea what I wanted...he thought he was doing me a favor by offering some krazy upgrade that would only cost me a few hundred more a night...I took my cash back and said no thx...hopefully you get someone that has experience...I won the training 1st day lottery last summer
