Wow they are going to demolish it floor by floor. I'm surprised they didn't just sell it off and have someone else figure out what to do with the space versus demoing it.

I can't believe how many times I have seen and walked by that building to just now find out it is completely empty. Never questioned it.

I'd bet MGM won't chance building another hotel there especially with the Cosmo where it is. It will have to be something different.

I'm sure I read somewhere that they were going to use the space to extend the Crystals Mall, definitely can't see it being another hotel or condo tower anytime in the near future.

has to be demolished. can't be sold off because of structural issues that deemed it unsafe to be used by anyone.

i heard they were planning on opening a movie theater/restaurant at Crystals.. could this be the space it gets built on?
