Wow they are going to demolish it floor by floor. I can't believe how many times I have seen and walked by that building to just now find out it is completely empty. Never questioned it.
I'd bet MGM won't chance building another hotel there especially with the Cosmo where it is. It will have to be something different.Epic Vegas 2014 upcoming

I'm sure I read somewhere that they were going to use the space to extend the Crystals Mall, definitely can't see it being another hotel or condo tower anytime in the near future.An 8,000 mile journey is always worth it when it ends in Vegas!Comment

has to be demolished. can't be sold off because of structural issues that deemed it unsafe to be used by anyone.
