Perks for staying in a hotel to get on guest list/discount on day/night parties at that hotel?

We're coming across from England for the 2nd time & this time will stay in a casino hotel, but do we go cheap & stay at riviera? Or spend a bit more on Hard Rock Hotel?

I wondered if staying at HrH, palms etc would get us discount on the day parties or table service... Or make it easier for 6-8 lads to get into the best places that day/night?

    Cheers JC!

Thus goes for MGM grande & Mandalay bay (although MB's pool parties will be cooled off by Oct I guess) too.

Generally, do you get looked after if you stay in the hotel throwing that day or night?

    Cheers!

      Hi Blany,

From my experience in going 15+ to vegas over the past few years the answer would be No.

However, on my last trip in the first week of April, I got free guestlist for Wet Republic on Monday and then got an SMS from David at Hakkasan club offering to put me on a free gueslist for Hakkasan on Sunday night with Above & Beyond playing. So things may be changing in LV.

Anyway, I did a lot of research before going and sent inquiries for the guest list on links I found online first, so I recommend you do the same. I don't think I would have gotten the list at Hakkasan had I not put my name on Wet Republic first.

Hope this helps. Other users may have more input on this.

Stayed at Aria and got free admission to Haze; just put me and my buddy's name on the guestlist and showed our room keys .

Stayed at HRH the last weekend in April this year and don't bother staying there. DEAD. There is nothing really to do there anymore as the strip has blown way by it and add to it the financial fiasco they are running into with the loans. Better off staying on the strip at a more affordable hotel.

This was my first time there and because it was a R&R trip back from 2 conferences it didn't faze me. But if you are looking for clubs, pools, etc, no way IMO. There's no buzz about any of it just from what I saw from Thurs-Sunday afternoon.

I have done a lot of research on this in the past couple of days and I can tell you that according to the Cosmopolitan they do guest list, comp entry and fast line for Friday's and Monday's at Marquee.

According to Hard Rock they give you a discount on the cover into rehab.

Aria seems to let you into Liquid and Haze for free.

I have received free passes to Hakkasan when staying at the MGM, but I am also an M-Life Gold which I think had more to do with it.
