Booking a hotel through Groupon

Has anyone booked a hotel using the Groupon app? My buddy booked two suites at the MGM for $75 a night. Is this too good to be true?

Deal isn't available anymore but it looks pretty good. I haven't booked with Groupon for anything dealing with Vegas but I have purchased hotel vouchers for other cities and they have all worked just fine.
