Is the Cosmo City Room too small for two guys???

Have a bit of a dilemma.....well maybe not but was hoping for a bit of advice.

8 of us are heading down for a bachelor party next weekend (Thurs-Mon). Originally we were going to be 7 so we booked 3 terrace studios each with 2 queen beds and then a city room for the extra guy to save a few bucks.

Now we have 8. I tried to call our booking agent at the hotel to simply upgrade the room but have been told that there are no more terrace studios or any other larger rooms for that matter available on Saturday night. Ugh!

Just wondering who's stayed in a City Room before? Yes, it does have 2 queens so at least they don't have to share a bed or anything but it sure looks small. And a peek-a-boo shower for two dudes sharing a room is a ridiculous design flaw! lol

What's your opinion of the city room? Should it be OK for a few nights or should I look elsewhere. I'm arranging this stag so just want to make sure that everyone is comfortable.

I think 2 queens should be plenty for two guys its about the same size as any normal room in Vegas. I mean most the time you're only in the room to sleep anyways and you guys can probably just pre game in one of the bigger rooms. And cosmo's beds have been one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in in vegas. But yeah I never understood that window to the shower.... thought it was a weird flaw especially for people sharing rooms. Also from all the hotels i've stayed at I think cosmos my favorite the atmosphere there is just awesome and its in the middle of the strip.

The room is fine for two guys, and the shower isn't nearly the big deal people make it out to be.

Stayed in the room with 4 guys, it's fine, shower isn't ideal but at worst you can put a towel over the glass

I thought there was a blinds type thing in that square window for the bathroom...yeah the city room is fine for 2...but this is your chance to do a sandwich at check in and get upgraded....I've done it before at the cosmo with success...that damn balcony makes a world of difference...especially with a Bellagio fountains view.

Will a sandwich do me any good if their terrace studios are "fully booked".

Or are they just saying that? Lol

you never really know until check in and you have nothing to lose by trying the sandwich at check in

You'll spend your money on far stupider things that weekend than $20 sandwich at check-in. Cosmo has a great success rate for being able to do something with a sandwich.
