  • Rates at the Cromwell

Anyone check out the rates for the Cromwell (Bills)? I pulled up a random weekend in the summer and compared to Cosmo.

You can get a Terrace one bedroom (610 sq feet + terrace) at Cosmo for the about the same price as the basic Luxury King (360 sq feet) at Cromwell

also.. you can get a Wraparound (1200 sq feet + 480 sqf terrace) at Cosmo for cheaper than the next step up at Cromwell, the 2-Bay Suite (723 sq feet).

    Is that crazy?

Saw their pricing also. Completely ridiculous. Don't see the reasoning other than they can keep the younger crowd out and over at Cosmo due to the room comparisons.

That's pretty nuts. If they can actually get people to pay that much though good for them. I'd imagine that those rates will come down quite a bit though after they've been open for a little while.

Doubt it'll last... People aren't that dumb, sure Drais will be sweet, but no way people are willing to pay more than Wynn or Cosmo for smaller, remodeled rooms... Hopefully they put in some serious soundproofing from the roof to the adjacent floors.

Did you see the rates Aria thought it would have when they opened? These are hot-new-thing prices for opening week and a month in but beyond that it won't last.

They'll come down eventually. Especially when SLS opens.

Being a boutique hotel with a low amount of rooms, the hotel should be a more customer service based hotel. From earlier articles, it seems like you'll be paying for the experience.
