  • Best place for 22-23 year olds to stay [strip only]

Hi i know people ask this abit but cant seem to see much help coming out of the threads ive seen.

Im coming to vegas with my sister all the way from nz in april for the weeknd after LA and i was wondering what hotel has the biggest proportion of early 20's crowd?, last time i came to vegas i stayed at the elara and tbh it was full of fat old people haha. I really liked the look of the wynn-encore but at the same time i seems to be a place for wealthy people ..surely theres some non rich people in vegas still out for a good time.

    Cheers

I'll vote for Cosmo every time, but it can get pricy on the weekends. Planet Hollywood is a good alternative; good locale, directly across from the Cosmopolitan.

Agree with Rival. Maybe Aria also.

Personally I'm more about saving money on the room and having more for the clubs, golf and such.

I'd vote for the Cosmo, Aria or MGM. You'd probably be happy at Planet Hollywood as well, but the last couple of people that I know that have stayed there have mentioned that the rooms have kind of gone downhill in terms of how nice they are.

Thanks for all the tips guys, before i even got to see them though i had to book, so i went with the mirage, managed to get a 1 bedroom penthouse for the weeknd, should do the job. Pool was a big factor for me and the mirage one looks pretty good, thats what stopped me looking at planet hollywood cos i know their pool is a joke. Cheers -Max

Good crowd + cheap = Flamingo IMO. You won't be in the rooms much anyway, and it has one of the best pools.

              Aria or Cosmo....

Do what I do, stay at the Vdara. It is right there, takes about 1 minute to walk to the Aria. Not bad to get to the Cosmo and it is much cheaper than everywhere.

Most comfortable beds I have ever slept in as well.

Also, polo towers is right here. There are many rentals for polo towers and Vdara on vrbo.com and airbnb.com. That's something to look into as well.
If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! That being said, it's Vegas and doesn't hurt to try!

                Planning
                2014 - March 13-16 - Bachelor Party
                2014 - June 5th - 9th (maybe) - Big 30.

For 22 year old, personally, I would just stay where Priceline puts you on the Strip. Bid low and rebid for free on Priceline using this technique. You'll save a bunch of cash this way. If you bid on a 4 star hotel, you'll get something fun and not to pretentious, yet still very decent and stylish. Treasure Island is a popular north Strip Hotel, and Monte Carlo center strip, and Luxor south end.

To be fair, SLS will probably be pretty nice when they reopen where the Sahara used to be.
