Memorial Day Weekend 2014
Hey Everyone,
The time has come to start planning an annual MDW trip with some friends. We have done it the past 5 years doing Thursday-Monday. The last 3 years we have done it at Cosmo with a set up of a Wraparound Terrace Suite with a connecting Terrace Studio/Suite. It has been awesome and do love the balcony...
But this year we are thinking of perhaps trying something new. The group will consist of 3 to 4 guys and probably 6 or so girls. From all the partying the people who throw down the most on the rooms get bed priority and others either lay out on the couches or share the beds when there is sleeping!
So here's what was thought as far as suites go:
Aria Sky Suites 2 Bedroom Penthouse or 2 1 Bedroom Penthouses
Hotel 32 thePENTS Penthouse, either a couple of 1 bedroom ones or a 2 bedroom one
And two Cosmo Lanai Suites. Thought about a two bedroom city room but might as well do a wraparound and get the terrace.
Anyone had experiences with Sky Suites Penthouse or Hotel 32? I love the atmosphere and food options at Cosmo, hard to beat Holsteins and the "secret" pizza place for room service. Or perhaps any other ideas for suites besides Skylofts which I considered but the friends don't want to help chip in about $20K for that weekend since it's only the guys paying. So we're looking for large suites that would come to a total of up to $5K per suite. Do love the amenities that are offered with staying at the Sky Suites or Hotel 32!
