Trying to plan a trip in March and I see that hotel rates are much more expensive during the 2nd last weekend of March. Is there something special going on that weekend?

St. Patts day is Monday the 17th, attached to the weekend prior. Is St. Pattys big in vegas? I've never been.If you have to ask how much it costs, you probably can't afford it! That being said, it's Vegas and doesn't hurt to try!

Yeah, Im heading there the 13th-16th so unlikely for pool parties, but if they are closed more money goes into night time

Yeah, I finally found a solid deal at Ballys with a price match through cesars. $943.xx (3 rooms for 3 nights - Thurs - Sun) including resort fees.
