Pools in the winter

I did not post this in the pool party section as this is just a general pool/hotel inquiry.

What pools are open, if any during the winter? Dec 21-23? Would I even want to go swimming?

Just wondering bc doesn't the resorts keep the water at a certain temp?

Some pools will be open. Never been to Vegas in the winter, so I am not sure if swimming is something we'd wanna do. However, for example, the Elara has their pool open year round and it's a heated pool so it will be warmer during the cooler months. Contact your hotel directly to check if theirs will be open or not.

You probably wouldn't want to go swimming around that time... unless your from the Siberia in which 40-50deg with some wind chill is kinda warm for you. Haha.

The latest I've been to a pool was early Dec. And it was at the Moorea pool at Mandalay. It was heated but its not very.comfortable. We probably stayed fpr only 20min. Each year can differ as winters come early or later. It may not be the actual temperature outside thats cold for many but the cold winds around that time.
