I stayed at Signature 1 Bedroom last year, really really nice hotel its connected to MGM grand but its a bit of a walk, not too bad since they have flat escalators. I like the full kitchen with an empty fridge, came in handy storing beverages and we actually used the kitchen since they provided all the utensils"If you aim to leave Las Vegas with a small fortune, go there with a large one."

We have stayed at the Signature a couple of times. Love the balconies. Love the full access to MGM pools. Loved the non-smoking. LOVED the coffee pot. Beautiful property with super fast check in. Not a fan of how far away it was from just about everything. We hailed cabs (which took 4 seconds) to just about everywhere. Great value. But doesn't necessarily Feel like Vegas.

Enjoyed staying @ Signature last September - good value for money. The walk seemed far to get to MGM (especially staying in Tower 3), but I didn't mind it, really. Got the top floor, great view - and accessing the strip by cab wasn't bad at all.
As others have said, the amenities were nice - coffee pot, fridge that wasn't pre-stocked, TV, nice bathroom - difficult to complain for $80/night.Vegas trips: 11/2004, 11/2008, MayOD 2011, 9/2012, July Invasion 2013, 2/2015, 7/2015

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite at the Signature on my first trip to Vegas. The rooms are great value when you compare to what you would pay at the Cosmo or Wynn for a similar size room. They are actually just of the main strip roughly half way between the Hard Rock Hotel and the strip. I really didnt think the distance to the front door of the MGM was that far when walking from tower 2, probably took about 10 mins.

Agreed. It's a nice place to stay but it does come with tradeoffs- you basically have to cab it everywhere which adds up over a trip. But it's not a mega hotel and doesn't take you 10 minutes walking through a casino just to get to.Originally posted by ssaint View PostWe have stayed at the Signature a couple of times. Stayed at the signature also...
Very good hotel, very nice rooms...
It's not so far from the MGM (atleast the tower i stayed) cause you have walking stairs...Actually pretty close from Wet Republic.
Well you specifically asked for a non-gambling hotel but for gamblers the fact that you dont have a cassino its bad hehe...i felt a little disapointed with that, but besides....very nice rooms!2015

First time, we just lucked out with Tower 1, which we wanted. Asked for a high floor w strip view, at check in. We had booked a package deal thru SW airlines. Got it no prob. The second time, we had booked thru a discount place online, got the room dirt cheap. Also got a lesser room in Tower 3, and wasn't impressed with the room or the walk to MGM. Front desk couldn't help me at all, gave me a # to call because the room was managed by an off site company. They did nothing for me. Hopefully, you can just call and request it before you arrive. I will say, all three signature towers are really close to Wet Repulic. They have a direct pathway behind the pools to the Wet main entrance, so no need to go the long way.

Like a lot on this thread I've stayed at Signature, but not Platinum.
I booked directly through the hotel and requested tower 1 based on recommendations I'd received. We got put in tower 3, so requests prior to booking in count for very little. I was able to sandwich my way from a basic room on a low floor, without a balcony, facing away from the strip to a high floor, strip view balcony room. I'd checked in and failed with the sandwich, then walked over to my friends who were checking in with another agent. They had been successful getting the upgrade, so I asked their agent if I was able to be put in a similar room and discretely flashed the cash, he did it no worries.

Stayed at the platinum about a month ago. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is nice with all the amenities you need to cook full meals, and the bathroom is huge as well with a jacuzzi tub that fits 2-3. The staff is very nice and professional, if you take care of them(tip) they will remember and give you extra attention. It is kind of hard to get cabs, if your lucky the valet might give you a ride here and there in the suburban the hotel has. Overall it was a great hotel to stay in minus the off strip location, no smoking, and lack of a casino.
