Fantasy Football Draft Party Cabana Rental

This year our Fantasy Football League is going to have our draft party in Las Vegas over Labor Day Weekend. I would like to have the draft on Sunday Sept 1. I wanted some suggestions for the best pool/cabana to have it at since we will need space for our draft board, Wi-Fi Access, and still want a pool party vibe but still have some privacy to have our draft. I would have the draft in one of the sky boxes at a sports-book( MGM's is reasonable) and just party in the cabana
