  • Flamingo: Fab Luxury vs. Fab Deluxe?

I'm reading the descriptions of both rooms on Vegas.com, and can't tell the difference. Does anyone know the difference? Here's the descriptions:

Fab Deluxe (running an average of $87 a night):
This 350-square-foot room comes with two queen beds that feature pillowtop mattresses, plush linens and faux fur throws for the ultimate in comfort. Along with splashes of the signature Flamingo pink, the stylish décor includes wood-toned floors, patterned rugs, chic lighting and vintage Vegas framed artwork. Among the room's amenities are a 32-inch flat-screen TV and a contemporary chaise lounge.

The bathroom has a combined shower/bathtub.

Amenities Include: Premium bedding, Pillowtop mattresses, Wake-up Calls, Voice Mail, Telephone, Radio, Pay-Per-View movies, Cable / Satellite television channels, Flatscreen television, Complimentary toiletries, Combined shower and bathtub, Hair dryer, Wireless Internet access (Complimentary), Wireless Internet access (For a fee), High-Speed Internet access (For a fee), Room service, Daily maid service, Electronic key, Climate control, Desk, Alarm clock, In-room safe, Iron / Ironing board, Air conditioning

Fab Luxury (running an average of $91 a night):
This 350-square-foot room boasts a sweeping view of the Strip through floor-to-ceiling windows. It comes with either one king or two queen beds that feature pillow-top mattresses, plush linens and faux fur throws for the ultimate in comfort. Along with splashes of the signature Flamingo pink, the stylish décor includes wood-toned floors, patterned rugs, chic lighting and vintage Vegas framed artwork. Among the room's amenities are a 32-inch flat-screen TV and a contemporary chaise lounge.

It's not a huge difference, but why pay the difference if there's no difference? Haha. Someone help me out! Thank you =]

These are great rooms for the price, I have stayed in these rooms my last 2 trips to Vegas. The beds are very comfy, and the room was remodeled with the new flooring, painting, flat screen etc. However, just a heads up the rooms I had did not have the bathroom remodeled at all. It was not even touched, very cold water some nights and water pressure was so so. The bathroom was the only negative thing I experienced at the Flamingo. Just a heads up, so you don't have the disappointment I felt with the bathroom lol.

love the flamingo. great location. the best would be to book the cheaper room and do the 20 trick at check in.

Yeah it's interesting.. the FAB rooms are actually bigger in size, but have the combined shower/tub (most likely remodeled like you said), but the GO rooms are more expensive. You're probably paying that difference for the bathroom TV. LOL.
