Me and my bros are planning to come out to Vegas this summer. We plan on coming in on Sunday and leaving Saturday since its 50% cheaper in room and flights. Where do you recommend we stay? We want a pool that gets lots of 21 year old girls. But we don't want it to be so Hollywood. Meaning its packed with famous people and impossible to get any action. Also we don't want to have to pay much to get in. Like is there a good pool that is free for guest staying at that hotel? Also we want there to be good bars/lounges at or around the hotel so we don't have to take cabs. In general what's a reasonable hotel for college students that will be fun but not packed with cocky people.

Personally, I would go with Planet Hollywood. It has a young, party vibe, is cheap and in the middle of the strip. The pools are nothing to write home about aesthetically, but I stayed in the middle of the week and had fun there.Palms, Jan. 2008

PHs pool sucks. PH is good as a hotel, but hes looking for a hotel pool with a pool party vibe. Id honestly just stay at hotel that fits your budget, and get presale tix at a real pool party.

If real pool parties are on the table, I definitely agree. Thought maybe his group was priced out of those.
My experience at PH's pool is skewed by hanging out with SNL's Nasim Pedrad when I was there. Honestly, I didn't know who she was until her friend told me, but they let my friends and I hang out at their cabana with them all day.Palms, Jan. 2008
