Hotel with pool DJ and Craps at the pool

We are staying with a large group in Vegas in May next year. Since I've been already multiple times to the Flamingo, I might want to try something else. Flamingo was perfect for me concidering music, people, gambling (craps) at the pool. But I want to see something else as well. Have been to Excalibur, Luxor, Planet Hollywood before, but don't know how the other hotels are.

Any tips for a group that likes to party and gamble?

Do they have craps at the pool too?

Yes they have one craps table and a couple blackjack tables if my memory serves me right

Do any of the regular hotel pools have gambling?

Yes, the regular Encore pool has gaming tables. I taught my friends how to play craps while hanging out at the pool.
