Using hotel pools (as a non guest)

Hi,

A couple of friend are in Vegas in 6 weeks and they are going for planet Hollywood or ballys. If their hotel pools aren't busy and they can't afford pool parties every day... Are there some hotel pools they can pay to use? How about the mgm grand pool?

Most will ask for room key to verify they are a guest. I would think it would be tough to enter the better pools without staying there as I have not heard of anyone paying admission for a non pool party hotel pool.

Flamingo's Go Pool which is 21 and over has a cover charge $15 for Caesar property guests, which PH and Bally's falls under, or $20 for non Caesar property guests daily.

Once I was staying at palazzo and got a massage at cosmo. After the massage I felt like getting into the pool, so I walked to the boulevard pool and since I didn't have a room key I showed my spa receipt and they let me in for free. Don't know if that's common, or the lady checking keys that day let it slide.
