Anyone ever use this before? I've been checking betterbidding.com for hotel star ratings. Right now they are offering 5* Vegas Strip North hotel for about 120/night. Does this mean that I'm guaranteed Wynncore, Palazzo, or Venetian? Thanks in advance.
