  • Cosmo Vs Wynn

Wynn" Deluxe Resort Double featuring Las Vegas Strip or Golf Course Views" room
    Vs
The Cosmo "City Two Queen Room"

I'm late 20s, with a group of 4 all guys...getting two rooms and looking for a social setting that likes to party
Pool life is most important, like to be able to pre game at the hotel bars and even afterhours ...obvious clubs as well

I'm going april 4-8 and 100% booking by tomorrow night

    Thanks for any feedback

With flight, Cosmo 892 a person Vs Wynn 830 a person
Seems like Wynn is giving a huge discount with travelocity for that date

Given all your criteria, I think you'll find Cosmo better meets all your needs.

Since you said pool life is most important, I say Wynn since EBC is right there and they should be open by then. Also XS, Tryst, & Surrender are all in house. Plus you'll save $60 which is always nice.

Though Cosmo as a whole is a younger, more party atmosphere at the bars they have.

            892 - 830 = 62

              Money not a factor.

Day and night life great at both places with Wynn having more options in house and close by.

Cosmo definitely younger and more of a party atmosphere but WynnCore is no slouch either as XS, Surrender, and EBC draw a lot of talent in.

The rooms at Wynn > City rooms at Cosmo.

The casino at Wynn >> Cosmo

If you don't plan to gamble much I might choose Cosmo.

              Otherwise I would choose Wynn.

One summer trip we stayed at Encore and did XS twice and EBC and never stepped outside of Encore. Granted this was pre Marquee I believe but we still had an amazing time.

Cosmo is much closer. Wynn is opposite end of the strip.

Aria is also close by, as is Bellagio.

I would do Cosmo and pay more to get a terrace room. You're going to want that balcony if you're at Cosmo

It is a close call, but would probably say Cosmo. If you prefer MLife to gamble, then Aria is on one side and Bellagio is on the other. Also, you may want to check out the "how do get Cosmo for cheap" thread on this forum. It can help you to get Cosmo at 25% off if they still have that guarantee.

Both are a great choice, but I personally would go with Cosmo for strip location. If you get a room with a balcony view of the strip & fountains it's hard to beat that. For late 20's it's closer to the casinos with the younger atmosphere/vibe. PH is right across the street.

for your criteria, Cosmo w/o a doubt but upgrade that city room to a terrace studio when you check in.

Thanks for the feeback guys...really appreciate it. I ended up booking Cosmo this morning, it was only 40 more than Wynn, but I like gambling at MGM so I been told that it is closer. Closer I get to going I am sure I will annoy you peeps more with nightlfe questions. I know Vegas hot spots tend to change every couple years, at the very least and my last trip was March 2011.

Do the $20 trick at check-in at Cosmo and I will almost guarantee they will upgrade your room. Seems to work often at Cosmo.
