So I got a mega bachelor party for my twin brother coming up this year, and before I go all in on a two bedroom suite at Skylofts, I have a few questions for any of the vets who have stayed there.
First some details:
-About 10-13 guys staying in the room via couches, roll away beds and what have you (I plan for many to not go to bed at all).
-It's in October, but I'm trying to get the budget ready way in advance in case the money is an issue for anyone
- My brother wants a steak dinner for everyone before we go out for the night
Here are my questions:
Is in room dining (which my brother really wants) significantly more expensive (if we order from Craftsteak for example) than going down to the restaurant? We have a dining table and really want to use it.
I've heard they can charge a corkage fee if the butler finds bottles we brought?
Will there be a charge for having that many people in there? I just need to know ahead of time.
Any help will be awesome, so let me know!

and if all the guys chip in it shouldnt cost u much at all. The hotel discourages and basically doesnt allow outside liquor. I've heard from word of mouth that min corkage for is 80 per bottle. Some times they ask u to basically match the cost with in room orders or buy a inroom bottle for each outside bottle but i am not sure how true that is as i read it on another travel forum. If the 3 bedroom has a much higher rate than the 2 i'd say book the 2 bedroom for u and 7 of ur *favorite* friends and then get a couple of regular mgm rooms for ur buddies for sleeeping and hang at ur skyloft all day (can have guest just not sleep over guest) and then when they're ready to crash they can retreat to their other rooms. Also u'll sleep so much better. Also I heard if u book thru a virtuoso agent u get 10-15% of Best avail rate + free continental breakfast and on arrival upgrade as long as avail and a 100 resort credit. I've seen some roomservice menus i think its pretty competetive to craftsteaks sitdown price but some1 plz correct me if i'm wrong on that. Either way hope u have a good time
