Elara CL Ads Legit or Not?

I have been talking to a gentleman named Theron that is renting out a space at the Elara and it's considerably lower than what is listed on the Hitlon site. Do you all believe that this is a valid? He seems pretty stand-out and validated his FB and LinkedIn already with me and talked to him several times. Just wanted to see if anyone on the forums knew him and/or maybe utilized the services that many offer to rent out some rooms at the Elara for discounted rates.

Thanks for the info guys. Did some investigation just to be sure. He has a fb, linkedin, and I was able to connect to him on both. Have his contact information and had several phone conversations as well. Booked the place with him on the phone as well, so it's legit. His fb has a lot of recommendations and I even went a step further and asked one of the random individuals on FB about the experience. It checked out so we're good to go .
