Accomodation help.... Vegas - Mid April - 2 guys

Hey everyone!

Have done a LOT of reading on here in the past few months...However, after having stayed in some pretty amazing places around the world I would prefer to stick to the better places Vegas has to offer > cheap hotels.

I am very interested in the Cosmo but they don't seem to have anything like the "Wrap-around terrace suite" that would accomodate two beds (would be WWIII working out who gets the bed) and who has the couch.

For the cost of the suite a couch doesn't seem like a good deal that's all

We are two mid 20's dudes from Australia so obviously nightlife, pool, girls etc will all need to be tip top and of a high priority! We're both single and just out to have a good time so the hotel would need to be one that hosts cool events and entertainment and has an all around good vibe! Will also need to be ON the strip!

Any help guys will be greatly appreciated... I don't trust some internet reviews so the more comments the better choice of hotel/room we can make!

Our travel dates are not set in concrete yet but will be mid-april for 5 or 6 nights.

For what you are looking for, I would suggest Venetian or Palazzo. All rooms are essentially a suite and have 2 queen beds (or a King) in addition to a sunken level with a pull-out couch. Both hotels are high-class but still draw a good energetic crowd and the location is very good in that it is near center Strip.

If you don't need a suite, there are a number of other good hotels if you are just looking for a standard 2 Queen bedroom (Cosmo, Caesars, PH, Mirage). I wouldn't be as concerned about the club/event hosted by your particular hotel as I would about the location of the hotel. Get something centrally located.
