    Good Morning Ladies & Gents!

Because of some recent events, I have decided to head back to vegas & would like to experience one of these choices. Does anyone have any experience with either?

I keep hearing all these problems about bringing your own liquor into the skylofts, but is that more of a 'poorly enforced rule' or are they actually strict with it?

Money is really not much of an issue & it would probably be a Sunday - Wednesday trip --- thanks!

Skyloft likes to sale you the liquor so yeah they give you a hassle when you bring your own. I say just bring a backpack or something similar to put it in lol. A friend tipped someone really well to make them cool with it but then you might as well buy it from them if your handing out cash anyways. Sneak it and you should be fine or just call them and see what the deal is. Also note they dont have ironing boards and such in the room and make you have guest services bring up everything so they can rack in the tips.

EVERY hotel I've stayed at has a policy of "no outside liquor"...some are just more lax than others in enforcing this. I've seen kegs go up the elevators at Mirage before. I just bring an empty gym bag in my luggage, stop on the way to the hotel and load it up. Last time I stayed at Aria the Bellman asked if any of my bags had glass....Why yes sir, the gym bag that weighs 132lbs is all glass I've never been given a hard time about it. Same goes with lugging in a huge case of water bottles. Never had a problem....then again, I've never stayed at Skylofts.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

My thoughts exactly; I've never had an issue either. I would just be supremely pissed off if after spending 2-3k / night on a room, some jackass walks up and informs me I cannot bring those few bottles up to my room. It's really not so much about the money as much as it is the buzz kill it would put on my trip. I may just go back to the cosmo and grab another wrap around and call it a night...

Pretty sure that any hotel with a liquor license (which would be basically all of them in Vegas) isn't supposed to allow outside beverages to be consumed at their establishment without some control over them. How aggressively they choose to look is a different question, but keeping it somewhat out of sight is generally a good idea.

Any closer to a decision on where your staying yet?

Vegas is the perfect cure for that. You should really post some pics of that on here
