PH Towers/ Elara

Hey guys, so I'm looking to book my bachelor party next April in Vegas and when I went to book the panorama suite at PH they said they only upgrade to that room they don't rent in advance. So my party is 6 guys and I stumbled across the old PH towers before it was renamed to Elara. Can anyone tell me more about this place? Is it a hotel or time share, I don't quit understand any help would be appreciated maybe some pros and cons thanks in advance.

It's a hotel. PH towers got bought by Hilton, now it's Elara. I stayed there when it was run by PH, and it was great. Big ass rooms, good location.

Another good option for 6 guys and would keep cost down (~$230 per person), would be 2 Bella Suites at Venetian & Palazzo (They have 3 beds); when using the Orbitz "HOLIDAY15" deal. Combining that with Venetian & Palazzo's Best Rate Guaranteed, you can get the room upgraded to the Rialto Suite.

Thanks for the replies think im going with the 3 bedroom suite for 2800$ for the 3 nights, the only thing i dont get is it says sleeps 8 but i cant book for 6 people. Anyone know why do i have to call to book?
