  • Bellagio Salone Suite

Lurker here, with this being my first thread. I've been to Vegas 3 times, and have another trip coming up in mid December. I've stayed at Excalibur (first 2 times, budget was tighter than I expected) and a 2 BR suite at what's formerly known as the PH Towers back in January. Thanks for all the advice and info provided on this forum, you guys (and ladies) have made each trip 20x better than the previous.

Anyways, I'm curious if anyone has stayed in the Bellagio Salone Suite and if so, how was it? I was looking at the Mirage Tower Suite, but I think the Salone Suite is more of what I'm looking for in terms of location and room type. How easy is it to upgrade to a Salone Suite with a lake view, or get upgraded to the next level of suite? Also, are there any suites in the Spa tower (I ask because I'd much, much rather be in the main tower)?

Sorry for all the questions, but any & all suggestions would be appreciated! Any rec's for other MGM property rooms similar to this one would be great, as well. Thanks again!

yeah, i'm partial to the open floorplan style suites, which is why i haven't pulled the trigger on suites at aria/vdara. they just seem a little closed-in despite their size.

They have some nice open floor plan suites as well as lofts and penthouses.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.
