Stayed there this past summer in July, was awesome.

Question though. at time of checkin, we paid the remainder of our 4 night stay. Total was 912. then we had them hold the 600 for incidentals.

Now on the morning of checkout (was hammered still, dont remember much,,,) We still got charged an extra 200? we asked the lady why but we didnt really understand. Yes, we got the 600 back so it wasnt the incidentals.

Can anybody shed some light on this ?

You ate or drank the food thats put on the counter?

This happened to me once. I got the incidentals hold back, but there was a random $54 charge to my card. My buddy covered it because he was taking care of the weekend, but it was really strange. Nobody touched anything in the room that we could have been charged for.

Also strange, is last time I was there, they didn't even do the incidentals hold. The guy at the counter didn't bring it up, and I wasn't about to say anything (obviously).

call them and tell them about the charge, there has to be a reason it was charged, maybe something broke or some stuff was moved from the fridge sensors. last time i went i got charged for using the phone for long distance calls, my friends were using the phones to call cells. When I checked out all the fee's were waived though

yeah, gonna call them tomorrow in the morning. it's when their billing office or w/e is open.
