    Hey guys,

I'm staying here Sun-Wed in mid October and have a couple questions as I've never been. With the two pools (excluding mdc), what are the rules for each with regards to paying for beds/chairs/drinks/ can you bring anything down there (food/drink)? Are drinks the same price as the bars/clubs ($14 for a high ball / $8 for a beer approx)?

As well, I have a wrap-around booked; is it worth shooting for an upgrade to a lanai/PH? My main concern is having a high floor/fountain view room. I'm hoping a sandwich of 50-100 will accomplish at least a high floor/fountain view/emptied fridge/spa passes.

any other advice on the hotel is much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

I don't believe outside food and drinks are allowed, as one of their rules is no outside coolers and they also check bags. And you are correct about the drink prices, around $15 a cocktail or $7/8 a beer. I didn't rent a bed so I'm not sure about their pricing.

Trying the upgrade sandwich couldn't hurt, many members here including myself have been upgraded at the Cosmo

I got a daybed when i went to the boulevard pool, between 6 of us our bill was only 1000 for the day and it included food as well. We didn't have a minimum. The pool was very busy as well. They def check your bags and room cards, so you unfortunately can't bring alcohol with you. Drinks are about 15 a piece with beers being close to 10. I would def try the sandwich with 50-100. It worked for me when I went to the cosmo and i had a city suite and got upgraded to a 1 bedroom terrace suite. Just ask the front desk clerk if there is anything he/she can do to help you out

I just reserved a mid-week daybed at Blvd pool and it was $200 food and bev spend over the course of a day. Should be easy to do
Mid week pool reservations (cabana or daybed) were much cheaper as compared to weekends.
