  • Better time to book?

Ok so it's about 2 months out from my trip and I haven't booked the hotel yet. So the question is, should I book it now or would I be better off waiting till it got closer to my trip? Like if I wait till the week of (I leave on a Thursday) would I get a better deal than if I book now?

Book a hotel now with a full refund cancellation policy (usually it's up to three days before arrival), then keep looking for deals as your trip approaches. That's how I upgraded from Mirage to Cosmo. LNF gave me a rate that was cheaper than Mirage.

That way you at least have something confirmed, and you won't be scrambling at the last minute and settling for something less than ideal.

^ This. Always keep searching because a hotel is going to fluctuate in rates depending on how busy they think they're going to be. Sometimes you catch a good deal because they're not as busy as predicted and they need to fill those rooms up.

Also, avoid priceline if you're booking now because of their refund policy and stay away from any "advanced purchase" reservations as well.

      My hotels of choice.

Oh don't worry I'll drink it. But you better know that when I do, we about to get buck!
