  • Could use your review for flamingo and harrah's hotels

Hello my fellow JC members. Was going to inquire you guys about your thoughts on the flamingo hotel and the harrah's hotel.

I just checked and on flamingo is says their rooms have been remodeled. Was wondering if anyone has stayed at these particular rooms? I was looking at their fab deluxe room I think it was called with the 2 queens.

Also if anyone has stayed at harrah's with a 2 queen room how they liked it.

I know they aren't the newest or even the most up scale. If I could, I would stay at caesars but I don't want to put pressure on the friends as caesars is more pricey and they have bills etc. I mean it's going to be one night during the week in september and we'll probably only be there to pregame and then when we're back from the club to nap a little before checking out lol.
    Clubs I have visited:
    Blush(Closed)
    Tryst
    Vanity
    LAX
    Lavo
    Pure
    XS
More to come in the future(Hopefully!)

I stayed at Harrahs a few years ago. It's a good location on the strip. The rooms are fine for your purposes. I'd compare them to a Super8. For the price, they get the job done.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

If it's just one night to crash/pregame then it's perfectly fine. They're in a decent location and you'll still get total rewards points (That's if you gamble at Caesers and so forth). I use IP for my budget trips, can't go wrong with comped/$20 rooms when you're just wanting a place to crash.

      My hotels of choice.

Oh don't worry I'll drink it. But you better know that when I do, we about to get buck!

The Flamingo rooms are very nice for the price. Hated walking through the casino though. Couldn't stand the people or the casino. Also not much sound proofing in Harrah's or Flamingo rooms.

Stayed at Harrahs last year. Nothing special but it's a good location and a clean room to sleep in

What's the adult pool scene at the Flamingo like? Have some buddies who have raved about it in the past as the best non-pool club in Vegas. JC's review of the pools seemed to mention it as a good hotel pool as well.

I went last year and the pool was pretty standard. Looks decent with lots of beach chairs. I wouldn't rave about it but I wouldn't complain about it either.

As for the hotel itself, it's just like the pool. Decent but nothing memorable about it. If I were to rate it Planet Hollywood > NYNY > Flamingo > Monte Carlo

I don't think I got the renovated room for Flamingo though.
