Anyone ever stay in the Venetian penthouse? Booked a rialto suite for 4 nights, curious to see if a 100 sandwich would do the job for this upgrade.

To answer your question, a $100 sandwich will most likely not get you an upgrade form the rialto suite to a penthouse suite. I had a similar experience once and to upgrade from the equivalent of the Rialto suite to a Renaissance suite would have cost me about 4-600 a night. An upgrade to the Prima suite would have been ~200. This was at the Palazzo so the rooms were their equivalent names. I just called trying to upgrade a Lago Media suite to a Venetian Penthouse and it would be 2k a night.


Along those lines, has anyone stayed at the Palazzo Lago Media Suite? I have one booked in October and wondering how it is. One thing that I've been annoyed by is the fact that they don't do limo transfers and I have to check in at the main area. For a room the price of Skylofts the upfront service is noticeably less. Does it make sense to try and get a Penthouse room, is it even possible, and what would the price be?
