I stayed at Aria this past weekend. I didnt sandwich but I just asked if any possible to get an upgrade. She said it was packed that night and there arent any available. Basically it didnt work. lol. This was a 10:45pm check in on a Friday night.
I also stayed at Aria 2 months ago on a weekend as well and did do the sandwich. Checked in about the same time. 10ish and did a $20 sandwich. Was denied that time too but she gave the $20 back. She said she couldnt do it that night. Was just too busy of a night.

Don't see Aria on there but most of the others. Staying at Aria in a few weeks and just paid for the upgrade the old fashioned way...by reserving it.

Stayed at the Aria Mother's Day night through Wednesday. Tried the sandwich and asked for a corner suite for me and my wife and was obliged. Lady at desk was sweet and I just ask if there were any complimentary corner suite upgrades. Read that being specific of the room you want helps.
Going back after Labor Day gonna stay at the Mirage got a good rate and haven't stayed there before. Usually head out four times a year and stay Aria or Monte CarloComment
