If only I'd stumbled across JC and Chuck's wisdom earlier! We've got 14 of us flying in at the end of August staying at The Cosmo be we all booked individually. Well I guess there's always next time, assuming we survive this trip!!
An 8,000 mile journey is always worth it when it ends in Vegas!

Aria only quoted a minimum catering spend if I booked a separate meeting space. I'm finding out if there's a required spend if we only use the suite for our meetings. Will let you know what I find out.

I would like to have a negotiation reference.

I have about 20 people and it may make sense.
      I'll keep you posted.
Aria ended up being the best deal for me. I asked the casino tonight about comping me a suite and giving me mlife points for the spending associated with the group. You might try throwing Mandalay in the mix as well.
There is no minimum catering spend if I only book the Exec Hosp Suite.
Like all great travelers, I've seen more than I remember, and remember more than I have seen.

        Interesting thread Chuck.

We're looking at maybe putting a hockey team together for next year's Gambler's Cup in Vegas.

        Group bookings ftw.
        Things escalated quickly...
