Cosmo or Palms Place Condo (Labor Day Weekend)

Just as the title says me and 1 other guy are looking coming to Vegas for each of our 2nd times this upcoming Labor Day weekend (August 30th - September 3rd). We were just in Vegas in March and stayed at the Palms and had the times or our lives! (SHOUTOUT to Janelle Banaga btw, excellent host!).

Our original plan was to go to Cosmo the entire time, but a good deal on a Palms Place condo came up. I know JCers LOVE Cosmo, but have any stayed in Palms Place? Which of the two do you guys prefer? Right now, Cosmo is a little more expensive, but both are pretty cheap. Also, having stayed in the Palms before, we both are pretty much cool with staying off of the strip.

We're stepping this trip to the "next level" so if there are any big time residencies or parties that would be going on near or at either those would be BIG +'s!

Location is important to me. Depending where you plan to party and eat. Palms Place is pretty nice. Its on the other end of the Palms parking lot, so you just have a small walk to get in the Palms casino. If you were fine with that location then go for it.

I know Palms Place is supposed to be a bit more...residential, did you notice a big difference in I guess the "environment"?
