Cosmo offer - is this legit?

Seems like a groupon or something, does anyone have any experience with this site or something similar? 33% off Cosmo rooms seems a little too good to be true.

Most hotels have a "Low Price Guarantee". I'd just call Cosmo and ask them to match it rather than booking through that website.
