Cosmopolitan - Cabanas/Daybeds at Boulevard Pool?

I am heading out to the Cosmopolitan for MDW and looking at getting a cabana or daybed at the Boulevard Pool on Friday. Has anybody had experience with rental fees/F&B minimums for these or would share their experience with the location, service etc.?

We are trying to start the weekend with a little bit more laid back afternoon (drinking, relaxing) and thinking it may be worth going to the boulevard pool to save some $$ over the bottle minimums at Marquee for that afternoon.

I'm not familiar with the rates at the boulevard pool, but why not try something smaller but yet still a pool party atmosphere like Tao Beach on Friday? I know their rates are probably up for MDW but I'm guessing it won't be anywhere near the cost of Marquee. You should contact Chris Traer on here for some pricing information.

I get that EBC would be an alternative, but since we have people coming into town throughout the day on Friday, staying in our hotel and not having to worry about cabs, lines, etc. is more appealing than going somewhere that might have a better crowd or music.

I got a quote for a daybed for a $750 F/B minimum which isn't bad for a group of 6 of us to have a reserved spot for the day.

I e-mailed the cabana reservations e-mail on the Cosmopolitan website and got a reply from guest services the next day.
