Cosmo? Wynn? Venetian?

Have a trip coming up and already have terrace one bedroom booked at Cosmo, stayed there last summer. Looking around found its a little cheaper/close in price for Wynn or Venetian. Would anyone recommend changing or stay again at Cosmo? Only concern about Wynn is location and being so far north on strip. Thanks

I stayed at the ENCORE (Wynn – twice) multiple times, and these are some of the reasons why;
it’s close to Maggiano’s; they serve Macallan 12 in the poker room; there’s 2/5 no limit; elegant and sophisticated yet a fun atmosphere , great food selection (but $$$$) – but I must say, I’m not a big fan of their clubs (subjective).

Venetian – Classy with an much older crowd, also with a great selection of foods. Personally, I find the casino floor (and room fl plan) a little complicated, and I don’t have a good “feel” to gamble there. However, I do LOVE TAO/TAO beach.

Cosmo – retro place – high energy – beautiful people. Great club, pool, room, etc….(c’mon – it’s a new hotel). However, casino fl is small, but it is in the middle of the strip.

Regardless, one can easily walk from Encore to Venetian, it usually takes about 20 mins tops. I’d assume that all 3 places should cost about the same. So, it’s going to come down to which Hotel you feel most comfortable.

Of those 3 I'd go Cosmo to be in the middle of the action with Wynn being second and Venetian being 3rd. Venetian was great for my honemoon, but for a party trip it just doesn't get me going.

Wynncore is the Rolls, elegant and refined with periods of thrill. Venipalazzo is the Bentley a little less refined a little more exciting. Cosmo is the sexy Astin Martin

In the end you can't wrong at any of those three. I prefer the Venetian purely on the food options.

lol Circus Circus=Toyota Prius....gets the job done for basic needs but you dont really want to be caught in one....

Your decision also hinges on what type of atmosphere your looking for. Although I love Encore and will stay there any chance I get, it definitely carries the "sleepy" tag, IMO.

i think it depends on where you're planning on spending most of your time also. if you're going to xs one night, ebc during the day, and tao/tao beach another day or night, then i'd say go with wynncore. if you're planning on doing more mid-strip, mdc, marquee, etc, then stick with cosmo. can't go wrong with either though. i'll be at encore this weekend but part of me wishes i was at cosmo.

It can get sleepy during the day but with XS and Surrender at night it's definitely poppin.

I agree with wynncore casino being a lot better, but just upgraded to a wraparound suite so sticking with cosmo. Thanks for the help as always
