Went on a family trip this past February with my mom. Couple side note complaints about the place before the issue. The room looked like it was 5 years old. the carpet looked like it was being pulled out, the tv was a little sketchy, bathroom had a stale smell to it and the vet had a fan noise constantly coming out of it. If it was summer wouldn't have been in there as much and cared.
Now to the issue. wile checking out, they had all lines open pretty much and they were all 10+ deep. Someone came around with an Ipad or something and said they could do a check out on that. Ok saves me an 30mins to an hr. Middle of April come to find out on the card they charged me for an extra night. Had a good 30+ min conversation arguing with them saying that they even gave me a print out of my bill. Called the credit card company and told them to deal with it and no pay it.
Has anyone else have this happen to them at the Cosmo or a different hotel?
