Ph towers now elara booked holiday....

Hi Guys

i live in the uk and have already booked a holiday with my girlfriend staying at Ph Towers (now Elara) in a one bed suite with hottub through Thomas Cook arriving on the 8th August to 15th for 7 nights.

is there any way i can gaurantee getting a one bed suite with hottub and not a junior suite as that is what i have paid for....?

I don't see why you wouldn't get what you paid for? Does this travel site seem shady/unreliable or something?

I think he may be referring to a post in a previous thread that they were bait and switching on people. Folks were paying for 1BDR suites and they were being bumped down to Junior Suites.

its my girlfriends first time in vegas and i want to make sure i get the room i have booked thats all.

I also booked when it was PH Towers, so I called them today to make sure that I would get the 1BR Suite and not the Junior. They assured me that I would get the 1 BR Suite, and they emailed me a copy of the confirmation that says 1 BR on it. I suggest you call the front desk at Elara to confirm as well.

I got a 1 bedroom booked to. Gonna 100 sandwhich at check in to get a 2 bedroom or better
