Upgrade from Palms to Palms Place?

Is this possible? Would a 20 sandwich be enough? If not, which tower is the best to stay in at the Palms? TIA

Fantasy Tower...to be honest I prefer over PALMS PLACE...depends what u are looking for PP has very nice rooms but have to take escalator to casino...where as PLAMS FT is close to that cation and I would do the sandwich trick to get upgrade to suite in tower...
