I know the place is nice, but is it worth staying at if i plan on going to other places? When I visited last it took forever to get in the place from the strip. is it as bad as i remember?

Thanks, that is what i figured. we thought about trying something new this trip. Usually stay at Mirage because location is huge to us.

It's not bad if you're just bringing your wife to get away for a little bit, but it really wasn't that fun when I stayed there. It's like the theme of the place was a nice shopping mall, without a food court. While there are food options, there isn't anything cheap or all that convenient. On Sunday night, the place seemed like it was closed. It's just so dark in there.

I stayed at Aria in September and I put it at the top of my list...I'm not picky to be honest though. The walk is really not that bad, if you're going to be walking along the strip then what's two extra minutes? The place has a really strong vanilla smell which my girlfriend hated but it was nicer than smoke. I also thought the buffet there was amazing...although I think a little more expensive than other hotels.

Why not try cosmo, a little better location than Aria. Right off the strip.

I agree with you about the cosmo. It is the one of the best hotels out there in my opinion, but I get comped at mirage and very good discounts at aria through m-life so that's why those were the 2 I am choosing from.

Should've told us that from the beginning. Mirage for sure if it's comped lol.
