Do pet safe rooms smell or anything alike do to pets?

I have an offer at Planet hollywood. when I plug it in I can get all their non suite rooms comped it seems. I guess the highest room would be their "resort" room. For the days I need I can get this room for 170$ or get the pet safe room for free.

I dont have any pets and im just wondering if its gonna smell like fido or have dog hair all over the place.

I reserved the same room, but when i got there, i just said I didn't have a pet. Also tipped $20. They gave me a regular resort room with a great view of the bellagio fountains and the pool.
