I'm not exactly sure where to put this question on the forums...but I'm thinking about scooping up a property in Vegas. Obviously in my price range <150k there seems to be a huge amount of foreclosures and short sales going on. I'm wondering what are non-sketchy areas to potentially own in. Any locals want to chime in?
Property near Vegas/In Vegas.

If you check out the Las Vegas Review Journal (lvrj.com) for a few weeks, after a while; you can pick up some ideas.
There's another message board that would have good information.
I don't know if it's cool with the moderators if I post a link to it. This other message board isn't really competition for Jackcolton.com
Oops! I'm a newb.
Moderators: Can I post a link to a message board that has data about Las Vegas but isn't really in the same market as jackcolton.com?

Thanks, Drew.
City-data has some utter morons but then they also have some pretty astute people.
Here's the Vegas forum.
