Has anyone used it to book a vacation to Vegas or used it for anywhere else?

There will be a total of 5 or 6 of us and I recently stumbled upon it. The deal they are giving us right now seems to good to be true, which brings me to my next point. In reading through the FAQ's it looks like these types of deals use the ROH (Run of the House) room policy meaning not much is guranteed in terms of bed type, smoking/ non-smoking ect..

With that being said, I have two questions.

    1. If we are reserving two rooms, what are the chances of getting connecting ones?

    2. We are looking to have two queen beds in each room. Knowing the policy, what are the chances this is going to work against us?

We are looking at Venetian/ Palazzo..

As far as I know the Venetian/ Palazzo do not have connecting rooms but if you check in early enough you can request adjacent rooms. If you are going during a busy time such as weekend or special event the chances of adjacent rooms are slim to none. As for two beds book a Bella suite & you are guaranteed two queen beds in the room but all luxury suites will have just one king size bed.

Just gave the Palazzo a call and they do indeed have connecting rooms. Depending on availability they will try to fill the request, but if you want a guarantee it is $30 extra a night for connecting...

Connecting rooms at the Venetian are sick. 1500 sq. ft. between the 2 rooms. I was really impressed this would definitely be my choice anytime I came to Vegas with 4+ people if not for the great reviews for the ph tower suites.

Think we're going with the 2 bedroom suite @ PH Towers for May Invasion... Looks like a good pre and post party layout in the room!

Glad to hear this..I have stayed at V/P before and figured this would be our best bet with 5+ people. Plus all of us who have been before like the North.

I used this for last years May Invasion and got a good deal. Only word of advise is to make sure to call the hotel beforehand to make sure they have your reservations. We didn't do that and me and of course MGM didn't have our reservation. I forwarded them the email with my confirmation and contacted southwest the next day and they forwarded over the necessary information to MGM.
