PH Towers vs. Signature at MGM Grand

OK...looking at Air/Hotel packages for May Invasion. PH Towers and Signature are coming up the same price (one at Travelocity and one at Priceline).

I know some here swear on Signature and I've seen a lot of threads for PH Towers. So any thoughts on these two?

I was looking into both of them too - here is how my decision went.

Our situation - 8 days/7nights for CES/Miss America this January
* 4 beds for our 6 people (two sets of couples) - 2 single guys
*At least a partial kitchen for leftovers / keeping lots booze cold / hangover food on hand
* Lots of space for getting ready/pregaming
* At least 2 bathrooms because of the girls and their getting ready habits
*On the strip

I looked at The Sig @ MGM, PH Towers, and Jockey Club
...went with the Jockey Club... more beds, more space, better location, and cheaper. It is less "glitzy" though.

We got a 2 bedroom/2bathroom room, kitchen/living/dining room (big open area), big big walk in closet... located right between Cosmo (connect to) and Bellagio.

Best part, price.
Sig when all said and done (cleaning fee, taxes, etc etc) was going to run us $2800 for 7 nights
PH Towers when all said and done would have been ~$3,000 for 7 nights
... Jockey club came to $1170 for 7 nights - all taxes, fees, everything


Worth a look, just ask for a hier level Bellagio facing room... cosmo side look at a wall.
