Best place to stay with...

OK need some honest opinions here on best places to stay. Two different options.

1st option. Best place to stay if I am bringing the wife and other couples are joining us. What is it and why?

2nd option. Best place to stay when it is just the guys going.

In both cases, our age falls into the 25-35 range and that tends to be who we hang out with.

I prefer TheHotel almost always, but I think for couples it is great. It is quiet, the easy in and out to cabs without dealing with the casino is nice. The rooms are nice, bathrooms are excellent. The pool has a good vibe without being insane. Plus being at the south end of the strip is nice and quiet when you do want to just chill.

As for just the guys, PH is a winner the rooms get the job done, location is solid, casino is passable if a few want to gamble but not go too far from the group. But I will be honest, I love The Hotel @ MB even with guys, the door between the bedroom and living room is key at the price. Looks like you get similar with the suites @ PH Tower but I never stayed.

Ive done Luxor and Mirage as well, both are exactly what you would expect but I am in nor rush to stay at either again

But I am a different personality, I would rather pay for cabs and have that quiet hotel/casino to relax at when I am not partying

If its just you and your wife, Wynn/Encore for sure. For the fellas, something like the Signature or Planet Hollywood Towers should be good.

I 2nd the Encore for you & the wife and another set of couples or two.

Wynn / Encore is just fabulous for shit like spa days, euro (topless) pool, etc. Awesome restaurants and clubs.

1st Option - - WynnCore, Venetian/Palazzo, Aria
Reasoning, they're all more upscale than the other spots on the strip with few exceptions (Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental) and it's fun without the overly sanitized feeling you get at Four Seasons and Mandarin.

2nd Option - - Cosmo, Hard Rock, Palms. These are places where if you create a ruckus in the room, you're less likely to get kicked out (and in fact more likely your neighbor will stop by and see what the party's about!)
