No, I don't think you would sit, but you said "leaning in", which if my group paid $5k for the space, we deserve to enjoy it all. This is honestly why I am not a big fan of XS back wall tables. When we walked into Omnia GA i walked up to security and asked where we could stand and not be hassled. They told me against the wall was fine. Against the wall is literally 5 feet from "leaning in" on a table, and the sight lines to the main room are great. This is what I consider GA friendly.Originally posted by Wynncore View Postactually, i never EVER go to someone's "table", but apparently in certain areas (not known to most club patrons) you cannot be near that area at all.
do you seriously think i go to another person's table and sit there? LOL cmon

um no, whenever i wanna lean in, im a good 5 to 6 feet away from the ppl accupying tables(which im nowhere close to bothering anyone). and yes i been to omnia 5 times, pretty sure i have a good idea on where i can relax. since omnia is overstaffed, they hassle u for every trivial bullshit. yet whenever i go to xs or marquee, i dont have bouncers hassling me or treating me like a child.Originally posted by ponch62 View PostNo, I don't think you would sit, but you said "leaning in", which if my group paid $5k for the space, we deserve to enjoy it all. omnia is not ga friendly. its the 2nd worst behind hakkasan. they treat their GA guests like peasants
yelp/tripadvisor reviews back up my negative accusations. (on top of my own personal experience).Last edited by Wynncore; 09-03-2015, 01:21 PM.

Ok, a few last points. First, you absolutely have a right to your opinion. Just don't expect everyone to agree with you and keep pushing your point until they do. I personally feel you are giving some bad info to the un-informed, so I am giving a view of my experience. Also, completely outta curiosity, why have you been 5 times in 7 months if this place is so bad?
Secondly, yelp reviews have been discredited enough on these boards so I will discuss my feelings on Tripadvisor. It's a great place to check out if you are taking Bobby and Sally on a fishing trip to Maine, but the majority of folks posting on that site have very limited club experience. I would seriously recommend not using either of these sites to support your position here.

every1 is entitled to their opinion....except my opinion is BACKED UP(by evidence) by my FIVE trips to Omnia and 4/5 of those trips were inherintly negative. the only time i didn't have a negative trip was when i dropped $3000 for a table. The only reason i went to omnia so many times was because i like going to vegas during the week(tuesday, omnia is the place to go)Originally posted by ponch62 View PostOk, a few last points. how is it bad info when i'm speaking from experience BACKED UP by five trips i've been to the venue? Those yelp/tripadvisor reviews of Omnia ALSO back up my claim. I believe i have strong enough evidence to share my point of view/opinion regarding omnia's peasant like treatment to GA people.Just don't expect everyone to agree with you and keep pushing your point until they do. there are some reviews on yelp that like to boost their rating(they get paid for doing so)Secondly, yelp reviews have been discredited enough on these boards so I will discuss my feelings on Tripadvisor. however, if you were to look at the 1, 2, and 3 star ratings for yelp/tripadvisor, those reviews "tend" to be the most honest. Pretty sure the company didn't "pay" those people to give that club a 2 or 3 star rating. The reason why you don't think yelp is a reliable source is because some people get "paid" to write false positive reviews. The most honest reviews are the ones who give the lowest ratings believe it or not. so yeah, plz stop discrediting a mainstream source. Even if you did, my experience backs up their objections anyway.

I've been to Omnia twice GA and once with a table. Both great times. Since Omnia is so huge and has multiple levels and rooms, there are a lot of places to wander around and chill. The second level had a ton of railings to stop and look over/hang out. Outside had a good portion of space too as well as always going to the dance floor.
You do have to always be respectful of other patrons and tables but if you're nice enough and ask if you can just hang near it, lots of people won't mind and they might even invite you in. I usually dress my nicest and offer to buy people drinks. That has gotten me invited (by guys as well) to their tables to hang. Vegas is for meeting up and living in the moment.
I would honestly take Omnia over XS as the routes to walk in Omnia feel wider than XS and since XS has tryst/surrender I feel it gets slammed later with more people.
Marquee seems like it has some good space too!
As for clubs to hit.
XS for opulence and to say you went.
Omnia for pure WTFBBQSAUCE stargate mother fucker up in here
LIGHT for the IMAX LED VISUALS SHOW
I'd go Omnia over all though just to see the layout. Great layout."The man on the top of the mountain didn't fall there"

I don't think I've ever seen someone slaughter threads quite like you. It truly is remarkable.Originally posted by Wynncore View Postoh look the "ur a troll" ad-hominem deflection tactic. I just have very strong opinions(backed up by evidence) with certain things. Obviously, what is not appreciated is people playing deflection and calling me "troll" all bcuz they disagree with me on certain things.
I'm all for the "upholding positivity" in this forum, but at the same time, i believe that different viewpoints of certain clubs should also be addressed on here too. I've spent thousands of dollars in my previous vegas trips, and if only i knew how bad Omnia was for GA, that would've saved me time/money to not go there. SO yes, i truly believe i'm helping out certain people here.
whether or not people here "believe me" is totally up to them.Last edited by Wynncore; 09-03-2015, 06:48 PM.

ive been 'clubbing' for 20 years lol. never have i expected seats in a club unless i bought a table. when there was seating it was like hitting Gold! shoot ive even bought bottles in some spots and had to stand up and drink it lol. im from NYC but clubbed all up & down the east coast. now in DC area. i def do not expeact seating with GA.

But you are a female. Most security wouldn't usually "scold" you if you were to sit somewhere anyway. A friend of mine (female) wasn't hassled by security, but security told her ("you can sit here as long as it's not occupied by a group of bought a table"). I did the same thing, and was told to "get the hell up" while flashing his mini flashlight on my face(almost blinding me)Originally posted by gray View Postive been 'clubbing' for 20 years lol. never have i expected seats in a club unless i bought a table. when there was seating it was like hitting Gold! shoot ive even bought bottles in some spots and had to stand up and drink it lol. im from NYC but clubbed all up & down the east coast. now in DC area. i def do not expeact seating with GA.
I've also seen females weasel their way in(bottle rats) from those desperate horny guys tables. So yeah, you guys have it easy relative to a guy like me. I've seen females get comped tables too(which is very common)
Here's a photo i randomly snapped in omnia back in march
while i was standing around in the non-bottle service(peasant GA area), these girls were getting preferential treatment. I got in at 10:45 pm, by the time it was 4:30 am of standing around, dancing, etc. My feet were totally destroyed(not to mention, my legs were killing me from standing so long). i've gotten hassled by security 5-6 times for trivial bullshit reasons too. Omnia reallydoes have a very strict no sit policy and it's the 2nd absolute WORST GA i've ever experience in my life. Only thing worse than Omnia for GA is Hakkasan for GA

the most funny part? I don't have these problems in Marquee/XS/Surrender/Drais.Last edited by Wynncore; 09-03-2015, 08:40 PM.
