  • Presale Arrival Time?

    Hey Guys,

I have presale tickets for Friday at Omnia(Calvin Harris), Saturday at TAO(Snoopy D O Double G), and Sunday at XS(David G) for next weekend(fight weekend). What time would you recommend getting in line by to make sure there are no issues? Would you recommend different times for different venues? Thanks!

i've never not gotten in by having pre-sale tickets. Then again the absolute latest i've been to when entering a club is 12:15 am(on a non-fight non-holiday weekend). I don't know how holiday/fight weekend goes sometimes they do hit capacity.

it also depends on the club too.

Omnia has a separate line for pre-sale ticket holders(which is 50x shorter than GL/GA/Bottle). Then again, Calvin Harris is DJing so i wouldn't want to be in line later than 11:00 pm. A friend of mine got his pre-sale ticket ignored and bouncer told him he needed to drop another $70 to get in bcuz the club hit capacity

XS puts you in the same line with GA people(regardless, the line goes by quick)

    never been to tao though...

to be completely safe, i would get there no later than 10:30 pm.

I can tell you at Omnia a week and a half ago there was a decent sized pre-sale line at 10:30pm. We went and had a few drinks and came back at midnight and there was no line for pre-sale. This was for Afrojack, and Calvin is a bigger name, but it seems Omnia has the pre-sale process down pretty good now.

1st- yes its fight weekend but this fight is nothing like maypac
2nd- headline djs usually start around 1am
omnia and xs nightswim are huge capacity events
tao is a also a big place overall but the dj area is smaller

        Its really up to you

If we get there between 11:30 and midnight will I be fine? I Just don't want to get turned away.

Agreed. Get there before midnight, and you shouldn't have any problems. On the Calvin Harris night, if it were me, I'd probably get there around 11pm to be safe, but that's just me.
