Booked a table at Drai's but they changed performers...

Hey guys,

For LDW my friends booked a table at Drais on Friday because it said on the website that it was The Weeknd. For whatever reason, they changed it to Trey Songz. My friend already put down a deposit and asked for it back but they're saying no refunds. Is this normal? Anyway to get the deposit back?

I'm assuming it was a deposit through a credit card? If they won't refund the deposit then I suggest contacting the credit card company, explaining the situation, and seeing if they are willing to reverse the charge. Sad to hear about more shadiness from Drai's, the venue is quite nice.

What's up with Drais lately!? Was there in Feb and loved the venue but seems like they're doing some sketchy stuff now!! Anyone have any insight?

Funny that it has you check that you agree to the terms and conditions but it never indicates what they are unless they are claiming " Management reserves all rights" underneath the total they show you before you put it on your credit card.
