Best clubs/day clubs for GA!!

I am headed to LV Sept 25 for three nights with two of my buddies that have never been to Vegas. Since they have never been I cannot convince them to do BS so we will purchase presale tickets. I went to Tao several years back via GA and I had a horrible time because there was nowhere to just stand around except for the pool area which was dead. It was horrible. We left early.

I had fun at Pure but I hear they close down.

My Question:

Which LV nightclub is best suited for people without a table? The same question applies to day clubs.

We don't care much about the music or the dj;however, we do prefer traditional music over electro/tech. At the end of the day we just want to have a good time.

Any advice is appreciated.

XS is good if you like mingling outside. Heard omnia is ok because of the large dance floor, though I havent yet been.

Avoid Hakkasan though because it can be horrendous GA

As for day clubs, encore beach club has a lot of areas in and around the pool where you can post up without a table.

You can, it just isn't a great spot, and depending on the DJ, that area can get tight too. I saw a lot of these posts about Hak GA being rough before we went the first time, but my wife really wanted to see Calvin Harris, so we went anyway. We still had a good time, but definitely uncomfortably crowded and the easiest places to stand without being trampled you really can't see the main room that well in my opinion.
